Strength Training Bands 4 Pack

These Strength Bands are latex rubber bands used as a training aid for increased resistance, power development, and stretching the upper or lower body.

Great for assisted pull ups, attaching to bars and benches.
All bands are 105cm long and 4.5mm thick.
The strength is determined by the width.
