At Fit For Sport, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at www.fitforsport.com.au. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please include your order number and photos of the fault or damage in your message.
Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.
Change of Mind We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
Conditions All refund or replacement requests must be:
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- In original, unused condition (for incorrect item returns)
